Fair Housing Statement
Last updated August 2026
Coldwell Banker Realty supports and complies with the Fair Housing Act (Title VIII of the Civil Rights Act of 1968), as amended, which prohibits discrimination in the sale, rental, and financing of housing based on race, color, religion, sex, disability, familial status, or national origin.
We are pledged to the letter and spirit of U.S. policy for the achievement of equal housing opportunity throughout the Nation. We encourage and support an affirmative advertising and marketing program in which there are no barriers to obtaining housing because of race, color, religion, sex, handicap, familial status, or national origin.
Our Practices
We provide equal professional service to every client and customer without regard to any protected characteristic, honor requests for reasonable accommodations and modifications, and present all available options in a client's chosen areas and price range.
Reporting Discrimination
If you believe you have experienced housing discrimination, you may file a complaint with the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) at hud.gov/fairhousing or 1-800-669-9777, or with the Florida Commission on Human Relations. Complaints must generally be filed within one year of the alleged discrimination.
